When I'm feeling anxious...

Many people have experienced increased anxiety because of the global COVID19 pandemic.

In 2018 I asked people from different countries and backgrounds who were attending Harvard Graduate School of Education to draw a picture of activities that helped regulate their emotions when they were feeling anxious.

Some people were uncomfortable with their drawing skills, but everyone from China to Kansas had experienced anxiety and knew they probably would again.

They also knew that they could manage their anxiety by doing some simple things.

What helps you or your loved ones when you are feeling anxious?
